Our flagship store on Vancouver Ave, with a full lunch buffet every day, a drive-thru, and a patio built around a brick fire pit.
When Simple Simon’s built its flagship store in the Southwest Crossroads development at 121st Street South and Highway 75, it wasn’t just opening another pizza place. The company moved its corporate offices to the same site. The people who decide what goes on the menu work down the road from the oven that bakes it.
The building was designed for people to stay a while. Three thousand square feet, seating for 84 inside, and a patio out front wrapped around a large brick fire pit. There’s a natural-stone fireplace indoors and nine flat-screen TVs through the dining room. The window facing the parking lot is cut in the shape of the hat from the Simple Simon’s logo, and you’ll spot it before you read the sign.
Opening day in December 2013 tells you most of what you need to know about this town. It was freezing, with sleet coming down, and people started lining up at four in the morning for an eleven o’clock open. By the time the doors came up just before eleven, the line ran halfway around the building and into the parking lot. The first hundred through the door left with a card good for a large single-topping pizza every week for the following year.
Not every Simple Simon’s runs a buffet, and very few run one seven days a week. Glenpool does. The buffet area sits alongside a self-service drink station with fresh-brewed sweet and unsweet tea, plus fountain drinks. Tuesday night the buffet comes back for dinner.
If you’d rather not come in, there’s a drive-thru, and you can text us “Hello” to start an order from the car.

The Monday Night Wing Madness run started with the Woodlake Wing Challenge, when folks from Woodlake Church came out to kick it off. And when Northstar Bridge ran a Food for Families distribution at the Glenpool Conference Center, our team was there working it.
We feed the Glenpool Fire-Rescue crew and the police officers who work the same streets, and we send Beasts to school staff rooms. It isn’t a marketing program. It’s a small town and these are the people in it.

Glenpool caters, and it’s one of the stores set up for special-event delivery: team dinners, church groups, office lunches, anything that needs more pizza than fits in a back seat. Call the store and ask for the manager.
It’s spelled Calizone, not calzone, and that’s deliberate. It’s our own thing. Fresh dough folded over the fillings and baked until the outside goes golden. If you’ve been searching for a calzone in Glenpool, this is the thing you’re looking for. Here’s the difference between a Calizone®, a calzone, and a stromboli.

Alongside it: The Supreme and our hand-built pizzas, oven-baked sandwiches, breadsticks, stromboli and wings. The dough recipe traces back to a family-owned flour mill built in 1906 in rural Oklahoma.
